Students: Reduce Their Anxiety About Exam

What can you do to ensure that you are in peak condition in the exam room? For many student, reading and doing exercise are sufficient to reduce their anxiety about exams. Others may wish to seek the help of a counselor .
Have a ten-minute break between revisions which should gradually build up to 20 or 40 minutes periods. If your concentration holds, then work for longer before a break.
First, pelan you revision . You can cover all your subjects, and you can keep up with your hobbies too, if you plan your time carefully. Use your syllabus to make sure you have covered everything.
Find a suitable place to revise. You need somewhere quiet where you will not be interrupted. Some people can concentrate with music playing, but if you can’t then turn it off.
It is common for student to get tired easily during exams. Anxiety disorders come in two forms. Generalized anxiety disorder is a chronic condition that involves a recurring sense of worry and mild physical symptoms like exhaustion, blood pressure and headaches.
Consume a diet rich in fruits and vegetables and drinks eight glasses of water to take care of your health. It is important that students look after their health during exams.

I think before and after facing exams, we should be relax. Give everything up that happened to god the Almighty.
